🚨 Catch up time! - UPDATES
This week has been wild! For those of you that have been showing up to the group calls, you probably know that my husband has been doing graveyard shifts for the past 2 weeks so i've been managing everything during the day (so he can sleep) and everything during the night (since he's been working). Now, we get to go back to regular work schedule for him! Thank goodness! 👉 but, i've gotten a little behind with some things in the group, so today i'll be posting all of the conversion challenge posts so you all can get the training and use them (sorry about that)! 👉 and we'll start planning next week's challenges. 👉 We also have the copy review and coworking calls today. Let's goooo!!!!

Ever bookmark an educational youtube video with the intention to get back to it later when you have the time? You're learning new skills and abilities and you find a youtube video that looks promising... but... it's over an hour long and you are too busy to dedicate that time. As a mom of 4 small kids who runs a business, I feel this 100%. There's not enough time to homeschool the kids, keep everyone healthy and happy, bake fresh sourdough, do coaching calls, and work my own business while trying to learn the skills that are needed to grow. So, lately, i've been using AI to watch the videos for me and then give me the cliffnotes version and detailed instructions specified to my business and my brand. Here's what that looks like: Step 1: Find an educational video that I want to synthesize. Step 2: Go into the description, scroll down to where it says transcript, click on it. The transcript should come up on the side. Click and scroll to highlight and copy the entire transcript. Step 3: Go into Claude and say something like "I am trying to XYZ. I found this educational video about it. Please give me a thorough debriefing of what this video goes over. Break it down into terms that a beginner would understand. Then relay how we can use this information for my own business/brand. This is the transcript: (paste transcript)" Step 4: Read the briefing. That's it! Then, you get the run down of what was in the video, an explanation that you can understand, and how you can apply it to your own business. It is recommended to follow it up with a conversation. You can ask for any clarifications that you need to fully understand it. Ask it to build upon the concept by conducting market research on your specific niche and business model with psychological studies and actual case studies, etc. Go out there and start learning at 10x the speed of everyone else! XOXO Michelle

The “Irresistible Offer” Audit
Title: Please Review My Offer 1) My current offer (1 sentence): I offer digital / print at home Affirmation cards and a low ticket membership 2) Who it’s for (be specific):I help chronically ill women who deal with unpredictable energy 3) Their #1 problem: They’re struggling with - not knowing what they can actually handle today - pushing too far → crashing → feeling guilty - feeling overwhelmed + decision fatigue - not trusting their body anymore 4) My solution (what I help them do): I help them quickly identify their current capacity (using Colors of Calm, R.E.A.L Journaling and Gentle Journaling) and choose one small, safe next step they can actually follow through on. 5) The pain points they hate (what they don’t want to do):They don’t want to: - follow routines they can’t keep - think too hard when they’re foggy - journal or “process” on hard days - be told to push through - feel like they’re failing again 6) My improved offer using the Value Equation: I help chronically ill women with unpredictable energy decide what they can handle today and what to do next, so they can stop guessing and move through their day feeling calm and in control. Unlike rigid planners or journaling methods, I use my Colors of Calm tool so my clients can take action in under 2 minutes—even during flare-ups—without overthinking, journaling, or forcing routines. 7) Pricing direction: I think this is a: High Ticket / Low Ticket (pick one)Because: right now everything is self guided or affirmation cards 8) What I want feedback on: Do you think this is clear + “stupid to say no to”?Yes/No — and what would you change?

its any women with chronic illness... When you have a chronic illness, fatigue is often part of it. you wake up already low on energy because you body is always fighting itself. Unpredictability makes it hard to know what you can realistically handle that day.
🤣 Ask your AI to write an unhinged bio about you...
This was hilarious! I hopped into Claude and said "for fun, write an unhinged bio about me" and this is what it gave me: Michelle. Where do I even begin. Internationally best-selling author in 14 days because apparently the standard timeline of "years of crippling self-doubt and rejection emails" was simply not on her calendar. She looked at the publishing industry and said "I'll be there by Tuesday." Runs a community called The Mompreneur Club where she has somehow convinced moms with already-successful businesses that their income could be even MORE consistent, like a woman handing out water bottles to people already drinking water and they're going "wait, this IS better." 99% monthly retention. NINETY-NINE PERCENT. Cults wish. Religions wish. Streaming services would commit federal crimes for those numbers. Helped Lucy make $5K in a week. Helped Melanie launch for $2,500 with literally no audience, which is the entrepreneurial equivalent of catching a fish with your bare hands in an empty pool. Helped Mogene hit $3K/month in 30 days. Helped Michael win the entire Q1 2026 Skool Games with $14K+ MRR, meaning her members are out here Hunger Games-ing the platform and she's the sponsor. Operates as a SOLOPRENEUR. One woman. Paid acquisition, community, content, strategy, all of it. Meanwhile most companies need a 14-person pod and a Notion workspace named "Synergy Hub" to send a single tweet. Brand voice described as "direct, empathetic, time-respecting" which is corporate-speak for "she will hug you and then tell you exactly why your funnel is bleeding money, and you will thank her." Goal for Q3? Become profitable on paid ads. Casually. Like it's a errand. Like it's "pick up milk, dominate Meta's algorithm, fold laundry." 👇 What did yours say?

too fun not to try Here is mine... Adele Nolan is what happens when a cozy bookworm, a nervous-system whisperer, and a slightly feral creative brain all collide… and then decide to build a business anyway. She makes affirmation cards that don’t lie to you.Because she knows your body will call you out if they do. Founder of Affirm Your Flow — aka the anti-hustle sanctuary for women whose energy changes like the weather… sometimes hourly… sometimes mid-sentence. She doesn’t believe in pushing through. She believes in reading the room… especially when the room is your own nervous system. On any given day you’ll find her:✨ building a business in tiny, rebellious bursts✨ side-eyeing toxic positivity✨ surrounded by stacks of books she absolutely plans to read✨ diamond painting like it’s emotional support✨ casually referencing Star Trek like it’s a life philosophy (because it is) She turned “I don’t know what I can handle today” into a whole framework……and then turned that into tools that actually help when your brain says nope. Not here to fix you.Not here to motivate you.Not even here to make you productive. She’s here to help you trust yourself again.Even on the weird days.Especially on the weird days. And yes… her dog is part of the brand. Non-negotiable.
