Quick Morning Yogurt Bowl This Morning
Just wanted to share a super quick breakfast I made before heading out for my morning walk — this came together in just a couple of minutes and gave me about 22 grams of protein! Here’s what I used: ✨ Kite Hill Greek-style almond & soy milk yogurt ✨ PB Fit peanut butter powder ✨ A little Purely Elizabeth granola ✨ Blueberries (wild + frozen) ✨ Pumpkin seeds + hemp seeds It was such an easy way to get in protein, fiber, and healthy fats before my walk. If you want something lower calorie, you can skip or reduce the granola. Or if you want more fiber, just add more berries! And if your goal is to hit 30 grams of protein, you could simply increase the yogurt a bit.
