Q&A date change‼️‼️
This weeks session will be on Wednesday 9am BKK time Instead of Tuesday. Please advise! It will be reflected on your home dashboard. I have a Thai Verbal test for my permanent residence application. Dear Kathleen, thank you, you are so sweet. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers in this wonderful community!
Turned 46 today 😅
Started the day at the chiropractor trying to get this arm right, then still made it to the gym AND hit the tennis courts 🎾 which definitely helps get my steps in 😅 Ended the day with two of my boys taking me out to eat ❤️ Overall, it’s been a slow but really good day. When I started BBB, I was 174… today I’m 162. My goal was to be under 160 by my birthday, and I didn’t quite make it 😌 but I’m still proud of the progress. I tracked everything I ate today except my pad Thai dish… and honestly, I’m just leaving it at that and not stressing over it. Grateful for another year, stronger than last year, and still going 👊🏼

Songkran isn’t just water fights! 💦🔫
Songkran is the traditional Thai New Year, celebrated every year from April 13–15. But the meaning goes way deeper than just water fights👇 Songkran marks the transition into a new year based on the sun’s movement. It’s basically Thailand’s version of: - resetting your habits - letting go of the past - starting clean Before all the crazy street parties and raves (which I will attend tonight 😄), there are meaningful rituals behind it: - Pouring water over Buddha statues → symbolizes purification - Pouring scented water on elders’ hands → showing respect + asking for blessings - Visiting temples and making merit The way I see it... Everyone talks about “starting fresh” in January. But a lot of people already fell off by now. Songkran can be your second shot. A chance to let go of the baggage from the last 3 months. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I know only a few of us here are from Thailand / living in Thailand, but let's do this exercise together shall we??? 1. Reply with 1 habit that’s been holding you back 2. Reply with 1 non-negotiable (steps, protein, or workouts) And remember: for the rest of the year, you are "a dial", not an on/off switch‼️ Tell yourself that you won't need another reset. You just need to dial back and continue doing what you can. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ GO AHEAD AND SHARE, and have a SAFE SONGKRAN! ❤️‍🔥 📸: my parents first Songkran wet celebrations in Thailand 🇹🇭

My non-negotiable: hitting my daily protein.
Your boy got sponsored by the biggest beverage company in Thailand 🔥
I gave everything to Fitness. Fitness gave me everything back and more! I’ll always believe that everything great in your life starts from prioritizing your health and body first. The spillover is undeniable. I wouldn’t be here engaging with all of you lovely people if it wasn’t for Fitness. We got work to do! ❤️❤️❤️
