Low Ticket Mastery --> course to High Ticket
For Low Ticket Mastery I get that we are driving traffic to a paid course/customer magnet (e.g. $27) which is a part of our overall product roadmap. And we'll do upsells to our high ticket offer. How is this different from doing a free lead magnet that does the same thing? Or is the customer magnet course just a different approach to the same end goal but liquidates b/c course sales can/should offset ad costs, etc.

@Istvan Toth thank you. Makes sense!

@David Moussebois your English is fine. In fact, I like to watch my Montreal Canadiens hockey in French (thought I still don't understand too much :) )
The "One Page Chart We Use to Double or Triple Profits without Additional Ad Spend"
I'm a long-time FM member and we have a Local SEO Course for DIYers and Agencies and we've sold around 150 copies already and we want to raise the price and scale (now that we know we can sell it). For our first "Customer Magnet" we want to use our GBP Summary worksheet which is Part 6 of our product roadmap. We use it to combine the data from all of the previous steps and make recommendations to the client as to what needs to be done -- including upsells. This sheet is great for a free lead magnet ("here's the WHAT but you need to buy the course for the HOW") -- but how could we make a course out of this? In order to make the sheet effective you need to have done the earlier steps (competition analysis, local seo audits, GBP audits) -- and that's what the high ticket course is about. Here's the roadmap for reference. Thank you!

@Gordon Cho thank you. It's one of our two main variations.
Aaron/Staff NOV 08 DAY 2 HW 5Day Challenge
Hello! I am confused and need clarification. There are 3 segments to the course I am creating. Does each segment get broken down by the 9 x 9 formula or am I doing ONE 9 x 9 formula by viewing each segment as part of the whole? If so, I will have to reconsider the work I have already done the last two weeks. Just concluding the Problems the Course solves for the last two segments. STUCK and trying to start ROAD MAP.. Thanks

@Rebecca Dellit you need to consolidate. Even though it's really hard to do sometimes (I struggled with that and I still do) -- you have to try to bring it down to three. Are you comfortable sharing what the stages are?

@Rebecca Dellit yes! It will make your life much easier. And believe me it's extremely challenging in the beginning but it gets easier as you do it more (I've done a number of them).
Question about our product ?
Try to find out the answer to if our product is creted in this program or is it something we had to create ourselves ?

You create the product (it's your course). And the system will help you generate the collateral you need to get there.
Platforms for your courses?
Hello folk, could you let me know which platforms you use to upload your courses to? I use my own website package, but it's a bit confusing how to link the things together. Any ideas welcomed. Thanks. Kaye

Thirvecart for landing pages and sales. Podia for fulfillment. Eventually we'll move all of our courses over to a dedicated WP site (just too busy right now to do it) - and then use TC for delivery. TC is great but they've had some ups and downs lately so I'm not ready to use their LMS - even though I own it.
