I created a bot had a prompt and tested it and everything was good. I made it live and it just starts doing whatever it wants to. It’s sending emails out to the users which I never enabled that capability. It’s making deals on its own. I also take the tag off remove the active tag put the workflow into draft and it’s still chatting with people. My clients about to fire me how do I make assistant specifically stick with the prompt and not go off track if the user asks them something different than what they should be asking. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have clients wanting to know how they can use the outbound voice. If they have existing opt-ins or clients can they use it to follow up? For new opt-ins does the wording have to include, ai calls? How are you guys handling this?
