My Email inbox is full, over 150K unreads. Help me automate this
No joke, I have 150K unread emails. Email is my least favorite thing to do and I usually get 100 emails by the time I wake up. Most of these are SaaS companies, notifications, buy this , buy that. Some require my attention but it is such a burden that I just tell people to message me instead cause email sucks! It would be cool to get my inbox unread count down to 0 or even delete the unnecessary stuff. I use apple mail, Zoho mail and have over 10 email addresses across various custom domains and cloud providers. My perfect agent would send me a telegram message in the morning with action items to follow up on based on the content from my inbox. Set up rules, sort, maybe reply? How can I achieve this?

I am looking to just be pointed in the right direction. Never used n8n before, would that mean I have to trust my inbox credentials with them? Zoho at least lets me create revokable app passwords instead of true credentials. Any of your code public? Is a workflow agent the better choice here and just push the agent to some provider?

Hey folks 👋 I’ve been using Cursor for a few months and started hitting some limits, which sent me down the rabbit hole of Claude Code and multi-agent workflows. I’m an SRE by trade, a developer by habit, and I tend to build… a lot of things. Most recently, I built 1099Problems.io, a site to help businesses untangle 1099 reporting (yes, taxes—sorry in advance 😅). On the completely opposite end of the seriousness spectrum, I also produced a DevOps-folklore rap album called PodDaddy 5x9. I’m here primarily because I want to run our website and business with agent-driven workflows, multiple agents, different roles, less manual glue code. The YouTube content here has already been incredibly helpful, so I figured it was time to actually join the conversation. Looking forward to learning, sharing, and comparing notes 🤘
