My Email inbox is full, over 150K unreads. Help me automate this

No joke, I have 150K unread emails. Email is my least favorite thing to do and I usually get 100 emails by the time I wake up. Most of these are SaaS companies, notifications, buy this , buy that. Some require my attention but it is such a burden that I just tell people to message me instead cause email sucks!

It would be cool to get my inbox unread count down to 0 or even delete the unnecessary stuff. I use apple mail, Zoho mail and have over 10 email addresses across various custom domains and cloud providers.

My perfect agent would send me a telegram message in the morning with action items to follow up on based on the content from my inbox. Set up rules, sort, maybe reply? How can I achieve this?
