Bio hack for shit diet I despise vegetables 😆 currently on 3 protein shakes day with oats couple raw eggs keeps me satisfied till evening meal of my choice stop eating 8pm ready for supplements 😁 actually works for me if you can bio hack training you can bio hack the diet plus I'm butcher sick to bloody death food.

Both are SERMs and can have side effects, especially if used without supervision. If it’s recent onset, some people respond better than long-standing cases but bloodwork and medical guidance are key
