Our 🧘‍♀️ 21 DAYS OF MEDITATION 🧘‍♂️ starts Monday
From 17th August, we’ll be sharing a 5-minute meditation every day for 21 days. The idea is simple: just 5 minutes a day to pause, breathe, reset and create a meditation habit that actually sticks. 🤍 Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice, we’d love for you to join us. ✨ 5 minutes ✨ Every day ✨ 21 days ✨ One beautiful habit Set your alarms first meditation goes live at 6am on Monday morning 👏🏾 Question ? Will I have access? Yes everyone in “The practice” or The teachers path” can access the meditations daily within CLASSROOM. Who’s in 🙋‍♀️ ?

Theme of the Week: Better Sleep
This week we're exploring better sleep—both through your own practice and, for teachers, how to build classes that genuinely support rest and nervous system regulation. A question for everyone: What has the biggest impact on your sleep? Is there one habit or practice that helps you wind down? For our Teachers Path members: If you were creating a class around better sleep, what would you consider beyond the sequence? Think about: - Breath - Pace - Language and cueing - Music and atmosphere - Nervous system regulation - The feeling you want students to leave with Share your thoughts below. We'd love to hear your ideas.

I’m so grateful for all the tools I’ve learned over the years from my yoga practice that have given me the ability to take myself and my students from an active state to a passive one 🙌🏾. What are teachers most interested in to learn breath work and meditation techniques or asana (physical postures )? Or both ??
