Fall Season
It’s the best time of year — at least my personal favorite — Fall. 🍂 You can feel it in the air and see it on the leaves. It’s more than back-to-school and football season; it’s the subtle whisper of change and transformation — a liminal space between two worlds. Fall is so much more than pumpkin spice lattes. It’s the moment when the seasonality of life reveals itself through color and contrast — a chromatic symphony of surrender. As nutrients and energy are redirected away from the leaves, they ignite into a final burst of color before releasing their hold. In that letting-go, the tree’s true shape — its structure and essence — is revealed. The energy that once fed outward expression now returns inward, traveling down into the roots to anchor deeper into the soil, preparing for stillness, rest, and renewal. This process of change, expression, release, redirection, and renewal mirrors our own inner cycles. So as you move through this season, consider: What is ready to be released? Where is your energy being called to root more deeply?

Fuck yeah @Jordan Carr! Let's get it by letting it go. Thanks for speaking this into the space! Let's go brother. What do you feel like would be supportive of you in this process?
Slow Down
In 'post-modern' society where everything and everyone is moving SO FAST. The real flex is in our ability to SLOW DOWN. In one of my first really intense Cannabi$ experiences, years ago, I was writing stream of consciousness and the term SLOW DOWN kept coming through repeatedly. Was it a message from my 'higher self', my 'guides', my ego, my inner child? Who knows? But that message has continued to percolate in my awareness and it is guiding me to design a life where I have the freedom and flexibility to slow down, appreciate the little things - like the warmth of the rising sun, the delectable taste of a wholesome meal, the quench of electrolytes after a sauna session, and the quiet hum of mother nature. How fast does life seem to be moving for you? Are you taking time to slow down? Have you noticed the increasing pace of society and it's impact on you and your relationships? Let me know what you're feeling, noticing and experiencing out there and my hope for everyone in this group is that you make the conscious choice to slow down. You never know what kind of magic might blossom out of it.

Fuck yeah @Jordan Carr I Love it! Yeah guilt is an interesting thing that can come up when 'resting' or 'slowing down'. For me guilt is a cousin a shame. Where it's like "I'm DOING something wrong versus I AM Wrong for this. But that shame space is only a step away from guilt for me. If you're looking for a space where slowing down and resting is celebrated, encouraged and appreciated. Then Welcome Home!

@Samuel T. Simon Yeah I hear ya on that. I think that story/construct plays a role within a lot of us. Being aware of it thought and making the choice of how to engage in it seems like the key to me.
Community Check In
Alright y'all we got a few new members and I thought it's be a good chance to to do a community check in! If you're new, would you introduce yourself? Stake your claim! WHO ARE YOU? If you've been here for a while...sound off! What have we been exploring? What experiences are we integrating? What challenges/obstacles are we running into? Where could we use support or inspiration? I'll start... I'm exploring a deep identity shift. It's been shaking me to the core for the last year now, and I'm finding there's a deep grief process involved in that. And then to reflect that internal dying/death/grief with the passing of my dog this week has added a whole new level. In the 3D I'm integrating a new stream of income as a contractor for a health company (FDN - Functional Diagnostic Nutrition). In the multiverse I'm integrating a recent fungi experience that brought back a recurring theme of paranoia and fear. This is certainly one of the themes that Altered State Explorations can produce. It's not my first time with an experience like this but it's been a while so I've been taking a closer look at, and integrating that experience. The biggest challenge I'm facing is balancing 3D responsibilities, with my personal and physiological processes (which has been very lethargic and internal). There's a depth of FEELING that I'm being asked to access and that has been one of the biggest learnings of this period. As far as support I would simply love to hear what everyone else is experiencing and observing. Rangers of Conscious.....report! Thanks and I Love you all.

@James Burke that’s awesome man. Thanks so much for sharing where you’re at and what you’re experiencing. It’s all welcome here. Glad to hear you’re enjoying Erick’s MF. I’ve certainly heard great things and am even thinking about doing it in October. And like you said managing the 3D responsibilities and finances is a real thing too. And of course learning how to filtrate the essential and nonessential…is in fact…essential hahaha. What might be non-essential for one person may essential for someone else. And there’s some things…like the seduction of the Muse..that can’t really be categorized in either. All in all it’s a pleasure to have you in here James.
Genealogical & Evolutionary Trauma
The pain of our predecessors lives within the coding of our DNA. This is well established in clinical circles. And indigenous cultures knew it long before it was ever published in a peer reviewed paper. I just watched the series 'American Primeval' on Netflix. (I watch TV maybe one day a month and this was what I watched earlier today and it served as a nice reminder as to the BRUTALITY of our species evolutionary history- unlike any other species on the planet.) Animals eat and get eaten, yes, but the birds, bees, grass and bears have not had all out wars with their own species that spans continents. Our bodies have not forgotten this. And right now at an evolutionary time in our species story, we have NEVER been safer. What happens when we finally become safe (especially after hundreds of thousands of years of unsafety) our body begins to release the physical, emotional & psychological pain that's been locked away and left unprocessed. Hint: it was originally locked away for the purpose of being able to do what was needed in the moment to survive. So if you are experiencing some sort of pain or dis-ease that you can't explain or don't know why, instead of avoiding and running from it because it doesn't have a name or you don't know where it came from or what caused it, slow down, ask it what it needs. And do your best to give it to yourself. Who knows what's on the other side of it (probably peace and purpose) but either way I invite you to get curious, be courageous, turn and face it. Go inward. Into your Inner Wilderness. And ultimately- report back what you found.

I'm Back
Alright everyone I recognize I have not been active on here and delivering value of any sort. Why? Because I've been integrating. I've been in my own process for the last year (hint: I'm always in a process of evolving but there are certain processes that are initiated by certain life experiences/changes). And I wasn't integrated in a way that allowed me to fully show up in a committed fashion to this community space. So what I'm starting with is a post to talk about just that- Integration. A word that gets thrown around a LOT (especially in Psychedelic and Healing spaces) and I've yet to hear many detailed descriptions or definitions for that word. So I'm gonna start by offering mine: Integration - The coherent combination of pieces, parts & facets to create a cohesive functioning whole that serves a desired purpose or intention. Example- A car is an incredibly well integrated whole - made of thousands and thousands of parts and pieces that are seemlessly combined to serve the purpose of getting someone from point A to point B. So in the context I'm using it, I've been integrating - or making coherent sense of my life experiences, meanings, reflections, learnings and lessons as well as my inspirations (including my inspiration for making this Community Container) in a way that's cohesive and functions to serve a desired purpose or intention. My purpose and intention is First and foremost to care of myself and my needs and desires (physically, emotionally, materially, and spiritually) and then secondly to serve others. So while I've been taking care of the first part of that purpose, I wasn't able to show up and fulfill the second half of that purpose- serving others. So here I am to do exactly that. Let me know if this definition resonates with you and if you have your own meaning or definition for the word INTEGRATION. By offering it up, we can integrate various meanings and definitions and combine them in a coherent fashion to serve our own unique desires and intentions.
