It’s the best time of year — at least my personal favorite — Fall. 🍂
You can feel it in the air and see it on the leaves. It’s more than back-to-school and football season; it’s the subtle whisper of change and transformation — a liminal space between two worlds.
Fall is so much more than pumpkin spice lattes.
It’s the moment when the seasonality of life reveals itself through color and contrast — a chromatic symphony of surrender.
As nutrients and energy are redirected away from the leaves, they ignite into a final burst of color before releasing their hold. In that letting-go, the tree’s true shape — its structure and essence — is revealed.
The energy that once fed outward expression now returns inward, traveling down into the roots to anchor deeper into the soil, preparing for stillness, rest, and renewal.
This process of change, expression, release, redirection, and renewal mirrors our own inner cycles.
So as you move through this season, consider:
What is ready to be released?
Where is your energy being called to root more deeply?
