Milestone
It’s been a few months since I’ve stepped on an in body scan and I was worried it was going to be bad. To my surprise from all of the good habits we’ve built I was at my lowest body fat percentage so far! 13.5% when I started my journey it was double that. Huge shout out to Lance for helping me get my fitness in order.

My weight < 190lbs
Today the scale read 189.2 lbs. I legitimately cannot remember when I weighed this much it might be highschool… daily nutrition and daily workouts are the key! Consistency over everything. Discipline isn’t about perfection it’s about not giving up! 9 months training with Lance 235lbs down to 189, still over 100 lbs lean muscle mass and feeling like the most confident version of myself!
New goal
After dropping from 230 to almost 190 lbs I was playing basketball yesterday and realized I was jumping higher and moving faster. I tried it out and sure enough for the first time in my life with sloppy form I got my wrist over the rim. Found out I don’t need to many more inches in order to dunk a basketball so that’s a new side quest I have accepted.

About 10 months in to my fitness journey. I started at 235 and 26% body fat, I was unhappy with my physique, appearance and physical abilities. 10 months later I’m weighing in less than 200 lbs at 15.5% body fat! I used to try every 90 day 100 day program looking for a quick change. What I’ve learned is small changes compound over time. True sustainable growth can only happen when you create healthy habits! #XFIT FITGO Games Overview
