What's up guys! I'm Cole one of the Asst. fitness managers and trainers here at Mind Pump. 1. I train mostly online as of now but have a few client here at the studio as well. 2. My biggest goals this year are to develop a kick ass team of trainers under Mind Pump that can broaden the level of impact that myself and my colleagues have been able to make on our clients in the past year while growing this thing. 3.
