Thursday OOTD
I have sprint meetings all day today and leave for Bogotá with my wife in the afternoon. I like my outfits to be kind of like a mullet "business in the front, and party in the back". In this case the party is my socks. @Richard Pollock Thanks definitely has become a thing here in Colombia. It's kind of a perpetual fall in the Bogotá area and I love it.

@Richard Pollock I can only imagine! Coming from Kansas originally, I know about that nasty MidWest heat. It can pop in and rain at any moment so boots are a good choice here. I had never owned a pair of Chelsea's and came across one of Antonio's YT vids about them.

I was the kid who didn't know where the gym was because I was a runner. Nowadays you can't pay me to run around the block. I bought the PPL from Hell program and have been using it with the Swole app and really dialing in my protein consumption. I will absolutely have to buy new dress shirts in the next month. As Alex Hormozi would say "I'm getting puffy". Any program from Ryan is a one time purchase. Totally worth the price imo. Also not sure if linking this is against the rules.
