Flyer Templates
Hi @Sally Prendergast I was just wondering if you had any flyer template designs? I'm currently working on our physical signage and where we show up in our community. I now have a new banner for one of our halls (thanks for your previous tips on that design 😊) and my next step is updating our flyers. I've looked at Task 18 of the Consistency Challenge and got some tips from that but thought I'd check if there were any templates before I start designing. Thank you!

Thank you, I've just found it! This is so helpful!
What on earth is the Meta Pixel? 🤔
I get asked this question all the time so lets break it down... The Meta Pixel is a tiny piece of code that lives on your website. You can't see it. Your website visitors can't see it. But it's working behind the scenes every single day. Think of it like a shop assistant who remembers every person who walks through your door. They notice who came in, what they looked at, how long they stayed, and whether they signed up or made a booking. Then they pass all of that information back to Meta. ➡️ Why does it matter? When someone visits your website, the Pixel sees them. It tells Meta: this real person visited this page. Meta then starts to learn what kind of people are interested in your dance school. The more people who visit your site, the smarter the Pixel gets. And the smarter the Pixel gets, the better Meta becomes at finding more people just like them. Without the Pixel, your ads are guessing. With it, they are learning. ➡️ How does it help your dance school? Here are three big things the Pixel does for you: It tracks where your leads come from. When a parent fills in your enquiry form, the Pixel knows your ad helped make that happen. That means you can see which ads are actually working. It builds a picture of your ideal customer. Over time, Meta learns what parents who enquire about your classes have in common. It uses that to find more parents like them and show them your ads. It helps your ads get better over time. Every click, every form fill, every page visit teaches the system something new. The longer your Pixel has been running and collecting data, the more powerful your campaigns become. ➡️ The bottom line The Pixel is not optional if you want your Meta ads to work properly. It is the foundation everything else is built on. No Pixel means no data. No data means no learning. No learning means wasted money.

@Sally Prendergast I tested the pixel by sending myself a test message via the website contact form. It showed up on meta as a lead so hopefully that's a positive sign.

Found it! I love it all, but as I'm working on KPIs at the moment, I'll have to go with that 😀
Winning!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5pm Friday and I just want to share some big wins from the last week 😀 1. Conversion event for preschool classes on Tuesday - 20 booked in, 16 attended, and 9 enrolments from it 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 2. Switched to paid trials and 6 booked already 💵💵💵💵 3. Assessments student numbers up from last year with 1 week left to register 4. Found out my social media scheduling software can do more channels than I knew about (HELLO re-purposed content!!) 5. Actually ticked off EVERYTHING for my to-do list for the week. What the....?!?!?!? That never happens! My team and I have worked soooooo hard this past 12 months to get good systems in place and work on our marketing plan. And they deserve credit too. I'm not putting this here just to brag (ok, maybe a tiny, tiny bit cause I'm excited!) - I want to celebrate and encourage you too. A couple of years ago I was that studio owner drowning in 'stuff to do', and no idea how to really market my business. I used to read about those 'other' studio owners who were killing it and think that would never be me. It's been a hard slog, but the work is paying off. You can be awesome too. 💛🧡💚 Go get it!!! (And now it's wine o'clock 🍷😆)
Winning!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations Helen! It sounds like you've really put the graft in so you should absolutely be proud of sharing that! One of my key focuses this year is getting a lot more systems in place, so for me this is very motivating. One question: what social media scheduling software do you use?
How are you using AI in your Dance Studio?
AI is everywhere right now and I know a lot of you are experimenting with it, or using it regularly. But I'm curious to know the REAL picture of how studio owners are actually using it day-to-day. Pick the option from the list below that sounds most like you right now 👇 Oh, and drop a comment below and tell me: 👉 Which platform are you using? (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, something else entirely?) No judgment here... We're all figuring this out together and I genuinely want to know where everyone is at🥰

I use ChatGPT most days. I've trained it to sound more like me. I use it for emails but also for creating content plans, workshop and event ideas. It's even recently helped me to learn to use Audacity! I've also heard lots of good things about Claude so I'd like to look into that too.
