I also love how you framed it as money already leaking instead of selling “AI,” because that’s what business owners actually understand. That’s honestly the smartest way to position it: control + follow-up + booked jobs, not flashy tools. Quick question though have you heard about MRR models or building automations for Shopify businesses before? I’m curious if you’ve ever considered applying this same AI Ops approach to e-commerce too.

Like a Shopify store, Stan Store, Beacons, or anything similar? Just asking because depending on what platform you’re using (and how your products are structured), the way you approach AEO/schema and the operational layer can look totally different.
