The Summertime Urgency is REAL!!!!
And I know many of you might be operating your own businesses with your own AI Agents, but for those of us that's seeking a career pivot, this post is for us...... After seeing what happened this past weekend with PocketOS, I started doing some research and realized that a lot of small businesses are about to start turning to AI this summer. HVAC, roofing, landscaping, solar… They’re all trying to move faster. But here’s the gap: They don’t have anyone making sure it actually works correctly. No monitoring No validation No follow-up systems That’s not a tech problem… That’s an operations problem. And that’s where the opportunity is. Not building AI… But managing it so businesses don’t lose time, money, or trust.

@Claire Taylor Yes, I’ve definitely thought about applying this to Shopify and e-commerce as well. But I look at it a little differently. A lot of people jump straight to “automate the store,” but I’m more of an “operate before automate” person. Because if the offer, product data, customer journey, follow-up, reviews, inventory logic, and support flow are messy… AI just helps the mess move faster. Where I think this gets really interesting is the agentic discovery side. We’re heading into what will be the first true agentic holiday season in history, where customers may not just search manually anymore, they’ll ask AI assistants, shopping agents and LLMs what to buy, where to buy it, and who to trust. So for Shopify brands, the question becomes: Can AI understand your products clearly enough to recommend them? Can it trust your store enough to send buyers there? Can your backend handle the leads, questions, follow-ups, abandoned carts, and customer service once that traffic arrives? That’s where AI Ops connects with e-commerce for me. Not just “build automations.” Build the operational layer that makes the store discoverable, trustworthy, and ready for AI-driven buyers. I’m actually exploring this deeper right now researching AEO, structured data & schema markups, because I think Shopify/e-commerce is going to be a major lane once more people realize agentic discovery is not just an SEO problem, it’s an operations problem too.

@Claire Taylor This is exactly the direction I’ve been researching lately. I've been writing about it on Substack since March and I'm currently attending a 5 day masterclass from a company that currently offers it as a solution for businesses... I’m not running a Shopify store personally right now, but I’m becoming very focused on the infrastructure behind AI discoverability for ecommerce brands, especially as we move into what I think will be the first real "agentic holiday season" in history.... A lot of people are still thinking in terms of traditional SEO rankings, but I’m increasingly seeing this shift toward: ➡️ entity association ➡️ third-party validation ➡️ product reviews ➡️ citations across the web ➡️ structured retrievable content Basically… brands don’t just need to rank anymore. They need to be recognized by LLMs as trustworthy entities worth retrieving. Neil Patel has been doing deep dives into this strategy and I've been learning alot from him as well https://youtu.be/JgUBBrXb86k?si=-Zj26Kqub8P3IOTm The Real Play though is getting cited by LLMs through manufactured influence where content if shared and reviewers make listicals and product mentions....
I think I've found my calling
AI has changed the way I see things and I'm now envisioning and implementing strategies I've never known about before.... I'm from Toledo, Ohio, a city known for building Jeeps in the auto industry... That really wasn't my thing, but apply the same workflow into building AI Agents, I think I've found my calling....

@AI Advantage Team That question actually helped me clarify something big… What’s exciting me most right now isn’t just one part of building AI agents — it’s how all the pieces connect into a full system. I’ve been thinking about it less like “building agents” and more like building an Agentic Assembly Line — where each agent has a defined role, similar to a real production workflow. So instead of focusing only on automation, problem solving, or design individually… I’m exploring how those layers work together: - Problem solving → defines the objective - Design → structures the workflow - Automation → scales what’s already working Right now I’m intentionally running a lot of it manually first — observing the process, identifying friction points, and testing how different models perform at each stage. What’s been really interesting is seeing how multi-model workflows (GPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) can produce very different outputs depending on the role they’re assigned in the system. I’m starting to document this more closely, especially around how this connects to real business outcomes and repeatable results, not just outputs. Still early, but it’s starting to click in a big way.
Clarity Before Cloning (The Step Most People Skip)
I see a lot of people rushing into AI tools, cloning workflows, and building automations… But skipping the most important step: Clarity. I ran a quick 6-question exercise to break down: -my actual goal -the type of career I want -how AI should serve that vision And it changed how I’m approaching everything. Now it’s simple: One direction. One offer. One system. I posted my results below

@AI Advantage Team Appreciate that..... That’s exactly what I realized… I was trying to build before I even had a clear direction. Now it’s just about executing instead of overthinking.

@Ann-Marie Burtell That means a lot, thank you 🙏 Honestly, that exercise helped me simplify everything. If you run through it yourself, you’ll probably notice things get way clearer on what to focus on next.
AI Advantage Summit — Day 3 Notes
April 25, 2026 Theme: Decisions, Simplicity, Identity, and Scale Tools are rented. Identity compounds. Summary AI can multiply action, but only humans can choose direction. Core Message of Day 3 AI is becoming essential, not optional. But tools alone are not the edge. The real advantage belongs to people who combine: - clarity - courage - decisions - execution - systems - compelling purpose - consistent follow-through Technology accelerates. Humans direct. Dean Graziosi — Scaling Through Simplicity Key Truth: You cannot scale confusion. Many people think they need: - more tools - more courses - more time - more complexity Often they need: - clarity - one decision - a simpler offer - better systems Strong Points: - Scaling = simplification - Systems create flow - Invisible operational work matters - Simplicity wins in business - AI can be a great simplifier One-Line Summary: Confusion blocks growth. Simplicity creates momentum. Purpose Creates Courage Dean emphasized WHY at a deeper emotional level. Why Matters Because: - purpose helps you persist - meaning fuels courage - emotion sustains action - identity supports follow-through Strong Line: I deserve this better version of me. One-Line Summary: A compelling future creates present-day courage. Joe Stump — 7 Levels Deep Go deeper than surface motivation. Ask repeatedly: - Why does this matter? - Why is that important? - Why does that matter emotionally? Until you reach soul-level truth. Example: “I want my children to have choices.” Underneath may be: - freedom - security - dignity - control - legacy One-Line Summary: Shallow goals fade. Deep reasons endure. Rachel Woods — AI Playbooks This was one of the most practical segments. New Reality: Time is no longer the main bottleneck. AI Playbook Structure 1. Trigger — what starts it 2. Inputs — what AI needs 3. Steps — your process 4. Outputs — desired result Use Cases: - newsletter creation - inbox management - recurring admin - planning systems - content workflows

MAKE THE DECISION TO COMMIT!!!
This hit me so hard because even my AI Agent tells me I have issues committing... Now you know when AI tells you that you have problems committing and hesitate on taking action, that's a problem that needs to be resolved.... Thanks Tony Robbins for speaking on this.... The saying is true, "be comfortable with being uncomfortable..... "

@Daniel U. 🤣🤣 I gotta find that chat and share it with the group.... She's ruthless with me because she actually is not a clone... She morphed into some kind of accountability AI Agent after a situation last year.....
