While going back through my posts I came across a beautiful conversation you had shelly about solor plexis and inner child . The conversation to connect with my inner child took place and as i connected the feelings that rose from the depts of my stomach my soul was a shaky sick repressed inner child. My whole body started to shake and a trip to the bathroom to let go of this feeling manifesting in my physical body. It shook and I heaved , my stomach expelling this energy that had be dormant waiting for a place a safe place to release.. what dose my inner xhild need .. a sage place to call home to be in a safe place 🙏 so the awareness for now as I wrap myself in a blanket is to give her myself that place .. i ee you , i feel you come dance come sing come play , yes play ,all you need to be is the child 🎶 speak now i am listening i feel you . I will hold you , no need to be afraid or scared, but you express that feeling its yours to feel.. so is love so is joy so is dreaming so is laughter so is excitement so me all of you and I will hold you..xx 🔥
