finding me . so as a grandmother i am navigating a new path with boundaries with grown up children who have returned home with grandchildren. our styles of parenting are different and the amount of triggers going off daily can and is overwhelming and learning the patterns of our parents and ancestors. they are all present. so when i sit with the dolls or the ones yet to be created it comes form my own life and inner child so it can be pretty turbulent here . my soul is longing for connection but not from the old but from the new. to weave the healing into every movement and moment with clarity. then out of the blue my grandson asked nana can we go light a candle in the church. i sit up and take notice. why i ask. to say a prayer for my family. so off we went to the church where i introduced him to the holy family. or maybe just the family of Mary.

Hello beautiful Skool community, I’m just coming to the tail end of a much-needed break- a time of deep recalibration, reflection, and realignment. As I return, I’m filled with fresh energy and a clear intention to keep sharing the work that lives in my heart. I’m more committed than ever to the vision we’ve planted here: to grow Soul Dolls into a thriving, six-figure business rooted in authenticity, creativity, and service. I know that the work we’re doing- through our Artist Kits, commissioned dolls, and the Soul Dolls Approach- is not only art, but medicine. While going back through my posts I came across a beautiful conversation you had shelly about solor plexis and inner child . The conversation to connect with my inner child took place and as i connected the feelings that rose from the depts of my stomach my soul was a shaky sick repressed inner child. My whole body started to shake and a trip to the bathroom to let go of this feeling manifesting in my physical body. It shook and I heaved , my stomach expelling this energy that had be dormant waiting for a place a safe place to release.. what dose my inner xhild need .. a sage place to call home to be in a safe place 🙏 so the awareness for now as I wrap myself in a blanket is to give her myself that place .. i ee you , i feel you come dance come sing come play , yes play ,all you need to be is the child 🎶 speak now i am listening i feel you . I will hold you , no need to be afraid or scared, but you express that feeling its yours to feel.. so is love so is joy so is dreaming so is laughter so is excitement so me all of you and I will hold you..xx 🔥
