Done. Had to drop weight for rounds 2 and 3. In the middle of R3 my son said, “You sound like Yoda.” Not thinking he meant as a compliment, b/c I was breathing pretty hard, but, hey, I will take it.

Birthday Dinner
I’ve officially reached the age where a quiet dine in dinner with my wife and kids at Steak & Shake as well as a renewed subscription to Curiosity Stream is what gives me pure bliss. This isn’t sad…This is what perspective looks like! Here’s to a fresh perspective on what TRULY brings fulfillment! Love you guys!!! Hands Up…Keep Fighting!!! P.S. No, I didn’t eat like a bird. I crushed 2 double steak and cheese burgers like a man!!!! Don’t worry…I crushed my workout to earn these indulgences beforehand.

Have a Happy Birthday Brother
Back on it!
This is the time of year that most people pack on that awful 5-10 lbs of “holiday weight”. I’m pleading with you to commit to NOT letting that happen! After feasting line we all did yesterday, it’s time to get RIGHT BACK on the wagon and grinding our way to the success we all want. So here’s to living the disciplined life that yields the results we ALL yearn for!!! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Curious What YOU Think
Before I film a YouTube video that will UNDOUBTEDLY get me a lot of hate, I wanna know your opinion on the matter. What’s more important for your overall health? DIET or EXERCISE? Let me know your opinion and why… Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Exercise. Movement, strength, endurance…when these stop, everything goes. Consistent exercise strengthens muscles, bones, and connective tissue, builds aerobic capacity for heart and lung health, and raises dopamine levels for better mental health (improving mood and decreasing depression and anxiety). IMO, these benefits alone will improve longevity, battle chronic illness, and improve quality of life better than specific food choices. Plus. we have all heard of many of our grandparents and great grandparents living long productive lives, and I don’t remember ever seeing grandma counting calories or going lower carb….maybe it was because many of the occupations were blue collar hard working in nature.
