Compounds for Professional Athletes
Hi @Anthony Castore, What are your go-to healing and performance enhancing compounds that you recommend for Olympic or WADA-tested athletes? I realize the landscape is always evolving, and can get very gray. I had a functional clinic reach out looking for advice so I thought it might be a great question for the group. Do you have any other podcasts on the topic? https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/episode-71-10-under-the-radar-wada-approved/id1716132914?i=1000700488642
This is your go-to thread for all things LVLUP your direct line to @Chuck G and @Jennifer Faye-Matthews
I’m excited to announce I am planning an upcoming podcast with LVLUP Health’s founder, Kyal Van Der Leest. Kyal’s passion for innovation and integrity in formulation matches everything we value here! I am also thrilled to introduce a couple of members from their team: @Chuck G and @Jennifer Faye-Matthews. Chuck works with LVLUP’s practitioner accounts and Jen assists with their clinical education. They will be collecting our community's questions and feedback and are able to share product information and updates from LVLUP Health. LVLUP has offered us a group discount link here for 15% off - Castore Let’s use this as a place to ask questions, trade experiences, and grow together.

Hi L S! Some find results at a lower dose, but the best approach depends on individual needs since some of our formulas support for multiple use cases. With any multi-ingredient formula, some ingredients may have recommendations based on weight while others are studied at a minimum effective dose. We list the recommended dose as a starting point, and usually leave it up to the provider to guide any adjustments based on individual needs. Feel free to DM me if you want to go into more detail. Happy to help. Cheers, Chuck
