New Episode: All about DIHEXA
This episode I dive into Dihexa. We don’t have any real human studies on this so most are on animal models. I go into detail regarding anecdotal use and outcomes. Hopefully you will go listen! . This happens to be perfect timing because The Peptique will be launching Dihexa later today ! More to come on that later. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/west-wellness-longevity/id1754416156

Good episode. I just got dihexa 5MG and took one 2 days in a row, listening your episode I now realize this is not something to do daily. I do have a headache and while my mind is alert, I’m very irritable. I’m not sure I like it

@Tara West I also did 1 MG of 5 Amino this morning. Do you think that would be the cause of the mood/headache? Perfect example of why you shouldn’t start more than one new pep at at time. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Ipamorelin or Tesamorelin for sleep?
For those who have tried these in isolation (not as a blend with something), which helped you more with sleep? Or what was your sleep impact if you only tried one? I have both on hand. No histamine issues, low IGF score, and Neffy on hand for emergencies. So I can try either first. Just curious which had a greater impact on sleep because I’d like that as a tertiary benefit to the muscle gain and trimming down.

I did cjc/ipa and slept great. Now I’m doing tesa/ipa and my sleep is broken, like I have more vivid dreams that wake me in the middle of the night (scary ones too). I haven’t tried IPA on its own but def cjc/ipa together was great for sleep
IPA/TESA
Has anyone had experience with this helping with retaining muscle and leaning up a bit. I saw my husband get very vascular and lose some midsection body fat. I am stuck between that or AOD 9604.

I’ve also run a short cycle of AOD and I noticed some abdominal fat reduction but that will do nothing for muscle growth.

@Carrie Miller I suppose you could but I probably wouldn’t if you were also running tesa but if only running IPA then AOD should help reduce fat.
VESILUTE Just added to The Peptique Product Line!
It's been a fun week at The Peptique launching the Skin Serum and now Vesilute. I am excited about this one. When I think about my passion to support women and longevity/ optimization this was an easy "yes" when discussing peptides we were going to add this year! Read below for more info! And don't forget you get 20% off ongoing with the SKOOL20 discount code! COA and ENDO tests will be loaded shortly! Protocol is attached. https://thepeptique.com/ Vesilute is a short peptide bioregulator studied for its role in supporting lower urinary tract tissue signaling and smooth muscle regulation pathways. In preclinical and in vitro models, it is investigated for its influence on bladder epithelial cell communication, detrusor muscle tone modulation, and neuromuscular signaling involved in urinary control mechanisms. Research applications focus on age-related urinary pathway regulation, pelvic tissue cellular signaling, and prostate-associated urinary function models, making Vesilute of interest in studies examining tissue-specific gene expression and urinary tract homeostasis. Key Benefits & Applications Lower Urinary Tract & Bladder Signaling Research:Vesilute is studied in peptide bioregulator research models for its role in supporting bladder tissue signaling, detrusor muscle regulation pathways, and urothelial cellular communication. Preclinical investigations explore its involvement in smooth muscle tone balance and neuromuscular signaling within the lower urinary tract. Pelvic Floor & Urethral Support Pathways:Examined in models focused on urethral closure mechanisms, pelvic neuromuscular signaling, and structural tissue support. Vesilute is frequently evaluated for its interaction with cellular pathways influencing urinary control and sphincter coordination. Prostate & Male Urinary Flow Research:In male-focused research models, Vesilute has been explored for its potential influence on prostate-related urinary signaling pathways, including flow dynamics, urgency signaling, and incomplete emptying mechanisms.

I am so glad you started carrying this! I’ve been wanting to try it. I have an issue where I can’t empty my bladder. It’s soooooo annoying because I constantly feel like I have to pee. I’m hoping for some relief. Any idea on dosing?

@Jamie Lynn lol. Me too. My docs wrote me a script for pelvic floor therapy and it just sounds very intrusive.
