You Never Know Who Feels Invisible
I read a story about a cashier who started writing little notes on receipts for people in the middle of the night… just simple things like “you matter” or “hope tomorrow feels lighter.” At first, it felt small. Almost insignificant. But then people started coming back. Saving the notes. Talking. Connecting. Finding a reason to stay a little longer in a world that had been very quiet for them. It turned a grocery store at 3 AM into a place where people felt seen. And it reminded me of something I’ve always believed… I realized I had found my purpose in this world all along . My Aunt Robbie used to say, “Don’t ever conform to anyone else’s box of who they think you should be.” And she was right. Because my purpose isn’t to fit in. My purpose is to love people…..especially the ones who feel lost, hurting, and unseen. Because I was that person. Standing in a room full of people… and still feeling invisible. So I say it all the time like a broken record to anyone who will listen:….. if I could get a megaphone I would ! How you treat people could change the entire trajectory of their life. And the best part? It’s free to be kind!!! Write a note of kindness to a stranger this week because you never know whose life you could change! 🤍🤍🤍 Liv
