How much?
Now a free abundance is starting to arrive from nature , how much of the food you eat is forage, how much do you grow and how much comes from a sustainable source?

@Jeanne Dickman I would die day one. I’d find a cougar or a rattler and be like awww he’s so cute. Lemme pet it. Just like that - gone.

Oak galls, aka oak apples
Hey Y'all 🤗 It's such a pleasant morning here near Nashville. We got a good bit of rain yesterday and the temperature is my idea of perfect (45°F/65°F).👌 The sun woke me up right at 6am and I got to lay in bed for a bit. 😊 Then I made some 🧈coffee and slowly stepped outside, putting my still-warm-from-bed bare feet on the cool moist earth and breathing in deeply, I smelled flowers. 🥰 Ahhh... Then I saw these Oak galls glowing with the dawning sun 😍 They're large, like 2 1/2 inches! You may know about them being used for ink, but did you also know that their inner pith can be used to stop bleeding? Here's the link to that info, Oak Galls Medicinal Uses - Kami McBride https://share.google/mhPGdHYCSFhoGb30g

I grew up in the PNW. These grow like crazy there. I used to scare my teachers at school because I’d eat the flowers all the time. Looking back, I probably ingested a bunch of landscaping chemicals and animal urine 😂 what doesn’t kill us, I guess. 🤷‍♀️

@Melissa Mussak after suffering with endometriosis for years, I developed HORRIBLE adenomyosis. About 3 years ago I got that little organ removed. Best choice I ever made. It was 480 grams when they took it out.
Who else has tried this?
These prints are kinda tricky to do but this creator makes it look easy!

That’s so pretty. It would be a fun activity to do with my kids.
