Chaos to Clarity Lab
If your business isn’t broken but feels loud, this is for you. Chaos to Clarity Lab is my new Skool community for smart, values-driven business owners who are overwhelmed by options, stuck in indecision, and tired of duct-taping systems together. This is a collaborative space, not a guru soapbox. We think out loud together, pressure-test ideas, and help each other turn chaos into clear next steps. We focus on: - Clear priorities - Confident decision-making - Sustainable systems (no hustle culture) I’m Christina, founder of CJoy Consulting and Chaos to Clarity Lab. If your brain is full and your direction is fuzzy, you’ll fit right in. https://www.skool.com/cjoy/about

#CollaborationColumn - Looking for a high-value masterclass for your group?
I'm looking to collaborate with community owners (with communities of at least 30 people) who have online course creators or wannabe course creators in their audiences. My offer is to do a free masterclass in your community in exchange for the opportunity to invite people to join my paid community, the "Your Best Course Build Lab." Normally I don't participate in #FriendFriday because my job is to support you all, but I did join a new community this week, so I'll shout out @Jen Hill Myers and her community The Kind Copy Movement. Jen focuses on ethical, story-based marketing and copywriting and is giving away a ton of value at a no-brainer price. There's a rumour the price is going to go up soon, which is why I jumped on the chance to join this week. Here is my affiliate link!

I love this and would love to collaborate! I’m growing my new group, and this would be a fun offering when we have more engaged members. :)
#BreakingNews - Resistance Is Your Ally (Not Your Enemy)
Every time you start something new...a project, a habit, or a practice, sooner or later you will encounter resistance. It's pesky, annoying, and never welcomed. Some of us will try to silence that inner voice, some of us will bring out the power tools, and some will abandon the project, habit, or practice altogether... I spent years teaching Reiki and energy work, watching students set powerful intentions, only to hit an immediate wall. They'd avoid practice, doubt themselves, or give up entirely. I used to think they just weren't committed enough. Then I dug deeper. And I found out that resistance isn't sabotage. It's protection. It's not a matter of IF it will show up, but WHEN. Your system is wired to keep you safe. When you try to create change, your brain sees it as uncertain and potentially threatening. So it creates resistance to pull you back to what's familiar. It's doing what it was designed to do. ➡️ The reframe: Stop fighting resistance and start listening to it. Instead of making it a villain in your story, make it your ally. Next time resistance shows up, ask: "What are you trying to protect me from?" Maybe it's protecting you from disappointment. From being seen. From outgrowing old identities. Once you understand what it's protecting, you can work WITH it instead of against it. The result? Your new habit or practice becomes sustainable instead of forced. You stop abandoning projects halfway through. You build momentum that actually lasts. If you're working with intention-setting, energy practices, or helping others create lasting change, Reiki DAO Collective is a Spiritual Playground for self-aware humans. Inside, you will learn how to use your energetic superpower to shape your life. Remember: Sometimes we're so busy ramming our heads against the wall of resistance that we never notice the door standing wide open three feet to the left.

@Adriana Skura-Palmer This work has always been solitary for me, and it was sporadic. This is my first year intentionally working in a structured space with others, and I really love the community around it. Your group feels similar. I’m really looking forward to spending more time here. :)

Would this be valuable to you?
I've been thinking a lot over the past several months about the idea of a CLASSIFIEDS Directory. I've always kind of called the Classroom our directory, but several people have mentioned that it would be nice to have things organized according to topic/industry/niche, which prompted me to ask you all about organizing the community that way (we/I decided against it for several reasons). If I were to do it, it would be one "course" in the classroom with a page for each industry. It would be available to annual premium member and VIP members (when I release VIP) with VIP members having top billing, and it would be updated monthly. Here are my concerns: 1. It would be a lot of work to create and update, and I'm not sure if the ROI would be there in terms of increased visibility. 2. There are a lot of other sites (ProveWorth and others) that are doing a great job at letting people list their communities as well as many Skool groups that now are sharing directories. Do we really need another directory??? 3. Having a course in the classroom that people can easily scroll through is already a pretty prominent visibility opportunity and it rotates weekly, so everyone has a chance to be on the first page. 4. It's a lot of work. Did I mention it's a lot of work??? 5. The only benefit above the ads already posted in the classroom would be that it could be sorted by niche. 6. Skool is going to do a lot of improving this year to searchability and discoverability, so there may no longer be a need for this in the near future. I'm going to post a picture below of what an entry would look like. I'm super curious about your thoughts! Please share below and don't hold back. All opinions are welcome! 😊

I love the idea of having a directory of businesses/communities in a community. I’m definitely doing that with mine. I’ve noticed already that folks in my community who know each other from other ones always comment on each other’s posts. I’m just going to create a category for it so people can share in discussion. But I don’t have a large group, and mine would be available to everyone to encourage cross-membership. So that’s a little different than your plan.
I hit a wall recently 🤬
I’m over 40, I’ve been dealing with ADHD my whole life, and I’m just tired of that "mental freeze" where I know exactly what I need to do, but I just can’t make myself move. I’m a counselor, and I’ve spent years studying this stuff, but some days the overwhelm still wins. I realized I was spending most of my energy just trying to organize the chaos in my head instead of actually doing the work. It makes me feel like I’m failing, even though I know better. I ended up building a simple web tool for myself called the Executive Engine. It’s basically just a place to do a massive brain dump when the noise gets too loud. It helps me categorize the mess and find the very first step so I can stop spinning my wheels and actually get started. I put it in the classroom of my Skool group for anyone who wants to use it. I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel here; I just needed something that worked for my own brain and figured some of you might be in the same boat. Ps. My community is for Men Over 40 With ADHD.
