The Art of the Tread: How to Use Thread Posts to Tell Stories That Sell
If you've ever seen someone make a Facebook post and then follow it up with a series of comments telling a story, dropping updates, or stacking value… that’s a thread post (or as some call it — a "tread post"). This format boosts visibility, keeps people reading, and creates natural engagement that the algorithm loves. In this lesson, you’ll learn: - What a thread post is - Why it works - When to use it - And how to create your own “tread” that builds curiosity, connection, and conversions 🔍 What is a Facebook Thread/Tread Post? A thread post is when you make a main post, then comment on it with a series of follow-ups, almost like chapters in a story. This makes your content easier to digest, more binge-worthy, and more likely to be seen. Think of it like a mini blog post — broken into chunks. 💥 Why It Works: ✅ Increases engagement (each comment is a signal to Facebook) ✅ Builds suspense and keeps people reading ✅ Lets you drop bite-sized value instead of one long wall of text ✅ Makes your story or message more dynamic, emotional, and relatable ✅ Works beautifully for storytelling, launches, testimonials, rants, education, and soft selling 🧠 When to Use a Thread Post: - To share a personal journey or transformation - To tell a story in parts - To explain your why - To educate in bite-sized pieces - To share testimonials or reviews - To announce something important with layered context - To create an emotional build-up to a CTA 🧰 How to Structure a Thread (“Tread”) Post: ✏️ 1. Hook in the main post Grab attention. Make them want to click “see more.” Examples: - “I’ve never shared this publicly before…” - “This is the story of how I lost everything and found my purpose.” - “If you’ve been thinking about giving up, read this.” 💬 2. Drop the story in the comments (1 per post) Each comment should: - Be short (1–3 sentences max) - Be punchy or emotional - End in a way that invites them to keep scrolling You can use: - Suspense (“I didn’t know what was coming next…”) - Emotion (“I was shaking when I hit publish…”) - Curiosity (“And that’s when the plot twist happened…”) - Value (“Here’s what I learned — and what I’d do differently now…”)

Tired🫩 of Posting
I’m tired of always having to make post and nobody comments. I was hoping that this would be a back-and-forth kind of thing in my community but instead, it seems like they’re looking for me to write blog posts all the time. I’m not a writer. I mean I’m good at writing, but I’m not that excited about doing it. Any tips?
Mastering Social Media: Speaking to the Lizard, Monkey, and Elephant Brains
Learn how to create engaging, high-impact social media content that resonates with all three parts of the brain – the lizard (instinct), monkey (emotion), and elephant (logic). Understand the psychology behind decision-making and how to apply it in posts that captivate, engage, and convert. “Imagine this…” You’re walking through a bustling marketplace. Vendors are shouting to grab your attention. One is yelling about a “LIMITED TIME OFFER” (you glance). Another is juggling flaming sticks and making everyone laugh (you pause). Yet another has a well-organized table with glowing testimonials and clear pricing (you stop and think, “This makes sense”). Each vendor is speaking to a different part of your brain. The one shouting triggers your lizard brain – the instinct to act fast. The juggler appeals to your monkey brain, sparking curiosity and fun. The organized table speaks to your elephant brain, which processes facts and logic. The vendor that wins? The one that seamlessly combines all three. Social media is like that marketplace. To stand out, you must capture attention, engage emotions, and provide enough logic for people to act confidently. Step 1: The Lizard Brain – Grabbing Attention The lizard brain is all about survival and instinct. It’s triggered by: • Urgency (e.g., “Last chance!”). • Scarcity (e.g., “Only 3 left!”). • Bold, intriguing statements. How to Apply: • Start your posts with a powerful hook like: “You’re running out of time…” “What if I told you this one thing could change your life forever?” • Use countdowns, deadlines, or exclusivity: “Doors close in 24 hours – don’t miss this!” Example Post Hook: “Are you still struggling to lose weight? You’re not alone, but you can change that TODAY. Let me show you how…” Step 2: The Monkey Brain – Sparking Emotion The monkey brain thrives on fun, novelty, and emotional connection. It’s the part of the brain that responds to: • Entertaining content. • Stories that evoke feelings. • Visuals that are eye-catching and memorable.

The Dream Behind Every Business
Every business person carries a dream not just of making sales, but of building something meaningful. For some, it’s freedom. For others, it’s impact. For many, it’s the passion to turn an idea into reality and watch it grow. What I’ve realized is that passion is often the fuel that keeps us going when challenges hit. Without it, business feels like a burden. With it, even setbacks become stepping stones. 👉 So here’s a thought: Passion keeps the dream alive, but consistency makes the dream real. What’s the core dream driving your business today?
