Hi guys, running a fb lead gen campaign for client in insurance verticle, the client's sales team have reported back saying lots of them don't answer, left voicemail, lots of spam. We just enabled phone verification (is this good option?) and added more qualifying questions, anything else we can do besides those two?
@John Romaine Hey John, quick question on the funnel setup you shared (Ad → VSL → Survey → Booking → Thank You). Where exactly are you placing the Facebook Pixel events in this flow? Specifically, are you firing:• Lead on the Typeform submit• Schedule/CompleteRegistration on booking• Primary conversion on the Thank You page And are you doing this via GTM, native Typeform integration, or redirects? Just want to make sure tracking + optimisation is aligned with your setup.
