Hi All! From Manitoba Canada, getting back at the KB and pull ups which I currently can only do 3 true ones as well as 6 chin-ups. Workout with 30-45-2x50s and a 60lb KB, love the bell for so may different exercises. Seen some new ones on Chandlers YouTube feed that I am excited to try. I have recently quite alcohol be a month tomorrow yay. Scale has not moved over the past month of being alcohol free but the tape tells a different story. Down a number of inches but none where I want them to be (in the ab zone). But I am expecting that to change over the next month. I am eating quite a bit cleaner not much fast food maybe once a week other than that I am focusing on high protein. Let’s make our lives the best we can so we can enjoy it with those around us as much as we can and support those close to us to do the same!
