What's the best database reactivation offer to send your former agency clients?

Hello Peeps! I'm based in Atlanta, GA, and have been running a local lead gen agency since 2019. Great to be here and to connect with other agency owners from around the world!

I ran FB ads a couple weeks ago for my own agency, (no clients) trying to get leads/appointments. I was getting thousands of impressions but no conversions.. I only had 2 leads but they were both bad numbers.. any idea why these ads weren’t converting to leads?
