What's next? - Some grading will be needed (see piles of dirt hanging around some places): Monday - Sod delivery: (scheduled for Monday afternoon) - Sod installation: (scheduled for Tuesday morning) I only go about 10' AWAY from the house... otherwise, sod can get REAL expensive quickly. We're at around $175/pallet. A pallet covers around 400-450 sqft. - Exterior paint: You have to power wash the house first (scheduled for Wed morning - which helps water the grass) plus some additional caulking. So I'm curious if any of you investors had issues with a local bank financing your first build? Even with 25% down were you able to get financing pretty easily? My worry is banks will be scared to finance something like this for a first time builder. Am I overthinking it or can someone give me some advice on what to say and what not to say.
