Bunching Long sleeves, Sweaters, Henleys, etc.?
We all roll our long sleeves from time to time. In button-ups it is (at least for me) very straight forward but when it comes to sweaters, henleys and others I had a thought a few days ago looking in the mirror and it might be a bit “too detail focused”. However I still wanted to ask if anyone has thought about that or even has some “rules” established for themselves: When you pull up your sleeves “Do you make sure how the bunched up sleeves look on your upper arms?” As in: do you evenly try and distribute the fabric? Bunch everything in the bottom or the upper part? Or maybe some crazy combination? (Examples provided below) Appreciating your insights! 😄

For sweaters and sweatshirts I use a rubber band and tuck my sweater with the rubber band hidden under the tuck.
Meet the Jodhpuri Suit.
Traditional Indian Ethnic suit paired with a trouser. Maybe if you are trying for a suit but want something different, then this can be an option. They have different closure style but are very easy to mix and match with different colored trousers.

I haven't posted much here due to lack of getting my outfit game at a higher level (and work from home). I more often post in The Society of Ordinary Gents, since it's more of a catch-all for everything gentleman lifestyle related, rather than focusing on fashion. Most of us originally came from the GentZ Lobby/Lounge. Back on topic, my relatively inexpensive outfit is proof you don't need to dress like a slob (or as I often call it, the "homeless ex-convict" style I see here on the west coast - not disparaging those who actually suffer from either stigma; there are charities for that). While it did encourage me to stand with a better posture, it was comfortable enough in general. - Jacket: J. Ferrar/J. Ver; bought from Burlington Coat Factory around 2015 ($80 set with trousers) - Shirt: Alex Vando Seersucker striped button-down from Amazon ($20) - Tie: Ron Chereskin (original)/Scott Allan (closest equivalent), around $10 back in 2014 - Tie clip: "Swank" brand; inherited from my grandfather - Shoes: Bruno Marc double monk-strap ($30-$40) - SOTD: Stetson Black cologne ($22 for 3.4oz bottle), Bleu de Chanel aftershave lotion (set with cologne, $100 back in 2022), Stetson deodorant ($18 for 3-pack)
