Is this still on? There are several of us in the workshop.
I'm Planning a FREE Live Automation Workshop...
Based on the challenges I'm seeing across our community, I want to run a deep-dive workshop where we build actual automations together - not just theory. But here's what I need from you: I want to make this workshop laser-focused on solving the exact automation challenges you're facing right now. No generic advice - just solutions for the specific bottlenecks that are actually costing you time and money. Vote below for your biggest automation priority (and feel free to explain your specific situation in the comments): In the comments, tell me: 1. Which option you voted for 2. The specific manual task that's eating up most of your time 3. What you've already tried (if anything) and why it didn't work The workshop will be hands-on. We'll screen-share, build real automations together, and you'll leave with systems that actually work in your business. No theory. Just practical automation that gives you your time back. Drop your vote and your specific challenge below 👇 P.S. - If you're still doing tasks that could be automated, you're not building a business - you're building yourself a very expensive job. Let's fix that. P.P.S. Let me know if you want to do a live automations for someone. If so, I would need volunteers :)

I just brought on a full time sales rep. He'll be doing a combination of inbound and outbound, but if I could keep him busy with inbound leads the quality would be better.

@Julian Deloy Leads currently come in via referral, Google Ads, SEO, and Meta. Additional Google Ads and outbound campaigns will be launching in the next 1-2 weeks.
Day 7/10: Modular Content (Choose Your Adventure)
Most programs force you down a one-way street with one-size-fits-all curriculums. Business doesn’t work like that. Some of you are fighting delegation bottlenecks. Some of you need to fix your marketing before anything else matters. Some of you are ready to acquire your next business right now. That’s why 3X Freedom isn’t school. It’s modular. It’s “choose your own adventure.” Not every framework we produce is going to be applicable to you. In fact, I’m willing to bet that the majority will NOT be. That’s okay. Only focus on what feels like a needle mover for you and your business. Every framework is a building block. You stack them in the order that serves you. The system flexes to your stage, your constraints, your priorities. Think of it like LEGOs: everyone starts with the same pieces, but what you build depends on where you want to go. Some pieces will be critical to your business. Others might feel completely unnecessary (for now). Don’t worry, they’ll always be waiting for you as your needs expand and your business grows. This way: You’re never “behind.” You’re never forced into steps that don’t apply. You can pivot tracks as your needs change. That’s real freedom. I’m going to do my best to produce as many frameworks as I can, as fast as I can. However, I don’t want to sacrifice quality for quantity so please be patient with me in the beginning. On that note: I’d love for you to help me out. Tomorrow, I’m going to give you some examples of frameworks I plan on building. Before I do that, I’d love to know from you: - What are your biggest constraints right now?  - What’s blocking you?  - If I were to teach you how to do ONE thing that could dramatically change your business, what would it be?  Go!! ⬇️ ---------------- On Friday, October 3rd, at 11:30am PT (2:30pm ET), I’m going LIVE on Zoom to launch the movement you’ve been waiting for. Don’t just watch, show up. This is where freedom starts. I love you. Day 1

Day 5/10: The Price of Freedom
You don’t get freedom because you “want it.” You don’t get freedom because you “know about it.” You don’t even get freedom because you “deserve it.” You get freedom because you earn it. Freedom is a discipline. And here’s the system we’ll be using inside 3X Freedom: The 5-Hour Commitment Block Every Freedom Framework is designed to be completed in 5 hours. 1 hour learning → absorb the lesson. 3 hours implementing → put it into action. 1 hour iterating → refine, troubleshoot, improve. That’s it. No “someday.” No “when I have more time.” Five focused hours, and you move closer to freedom. Choose Your Track Not everyone has the same bandwidth. That’s why we’ve built multiple paths: For those who want to commit to a daily routine: D60 → 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week = 1 Framework a week. D30 → 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week = 1 Framework every two weeks. For those who would prefer commit to time blocking routine: M20 → 20 hours a month = 4 Frameworks a month. M10 → 10 hours a month = 2 Frameworks a month. M5 → 5 hours a month = 1 Framework a month. Freedom is flexible. But it’s not optional. Here’s my promise: If you commit to this rhythm, you will change your life. One framework at a time. One block at a time. 👉 Which track are you committing to? D60, D30, M5, or M10? Comment below and declare it. Hint: We’ll be using the timeblocks you choose to help organize study groups and cohorts so please don’t skip this step!! ---------------- On Friday, October 3rd, at 11:30am PT (2:30pm ET), I’m going LIVE on Zoom to launch the movement you’ve been waiting for. Don’t just watch, show up. This is where freedom starts. I love you. Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4

D30 is scheduled already. D60 is possible.
📆 Calendly Isn’t Just for Scheduling… It’s a Secret Client Acquisition Weapon
Most people drop their Calendly link and pray someone books a call. You're about to do something entirely different. The Hidden Gold Mine Everyone's Overlooking Here's the backdoor play that's hiding in plain sight: Search LinkedIn for "Calendly" in 1st-degree connections → instantly reveal people literally inviting strangers to take their time. Or, get even more targeted with Google: site:linkedin.com calendly.com [YOUR TARGET ROLE] Example: `site:linkedin.com calendly.com sales manager` Boom. You've just uncovered a treasure trove of prospects who are ACTIVELY inviting conversations. This Isn't Just About Prospecting. It's About Becoming Dangerous. Every call serves two purposes: 1. Pipeline building 2. Becoming a more lethal communicator While everyone else is "getting ready to get ready," you're sharpening your blade on real conversations that build real skills: - Reading subtle cues - Asking high-leverage questions - Building instant rapport Even when someone isn't an ideal client, you walk away with enhanced skills that pay dividends on every future call. The Execution Framework That Changes Everything The Booking (Keep It Simple) No pitches. No agendas. Just: "Looking forward to our conversation." The Call Structure (70-80% THEM) - What are they working on right now? - What specific challenges are they facing? - Make them feel genuinely heard The Natural Pivot (Final 20-30%) When their challenge intersects with your expertise: "That's interesting. I've seen teams handle that challenge differently. Want me to share a quick example?" It's not a pitch. It's a natural extension of THEIR conversation. Real-World Application That Gets Results Agency Lead Example: - First 20 mins: They unpack client acquisition problems - You: Deep, curious questions - Final 5 mins: Share ONE framework you've used (value first, selling never) SaaS Exec Example:
