Hey everyone, wanted to just share a resource that's been very helpful to me. Many times I'll create a new video for either staff member or could perhaps be from a course that I'm updating. I have a ChatGPT prompt that I use where, as soon as I'm done with the video, I copy and paste the transcript from Loom to the ChatGPT, and automatically it will lay out an SOP for me. I can either add it to the video module that I just created to supplement the video, or perhaps it will be sent to or used by staff for making a checklist from the SOP video. Here's the prompt I’m pasting a raw transcript from a Loom video. I want you to turn it into a **professional, well-structured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)** that includes two layers of clarity: --- ### ✅ PART 1: SIMPLE EXECUTION CHECKLIST (FOR EXPERIENCED USERS) - Provide a **one-line-per-step checklist** at the very top of the SOP. - Write this checklist assuming the user already knows the tools and systems — this is just a **memory trigger** list. - Each line should be short, actionable, and sequential. - Do **not** include extra explanation or formatting.
