The first $1k is the hardest.
The first $1k is the hardest. It feels like you’re at the bottom of Mount Everest at first. Looking up like you’ll never even get 10% of the way up. But once it clicks? $1k turns into $2k. Then $5k. And all of a sudden, you’re halfway up the mountain, looking towards the peak. And in that moment, $10k feels not only possible… …But actually within reach. Not because it’s any easier. Because you’re just built different. More confident, direct, and less scared to ask for money. Just crack the first $1k and everything else will fall inline. I promise. 4D.

1k always turns into 2k and then 2k turns into 3k
Tyson bro... what's your secret?
👉 Question: From @realvote “Hey Tyson, how do you actually go from working with $100-$500 clients to landing $4-5k/month retainers? People who pay that much usually have a large brand, and it's hard to reach out to them and get them to hire us, cuz Insta outreach makes a person look like a "beginner" immediately. Is there some kind of secret tactic that you and other pro copywriters follow to get high-ticket clients?” 👉 Answer: There aren’t any secret tactics, bro. Get the right things dialled in (like your portfolio, outreach, and copy chops), and try every day… that way you’ll never miss your lucky day. And to be straight with you… Being a beginner isn’t a disadvantage. Why? Because often, prospects want to take young, hungry, and easy-to-shape copywriters under their wings. 8-figure entrepreneur Tanner Chidester explained to me that working with the biggest copywriters in the industry isn’t always great. They show up for the money, do the bare minimum, and then leave. But business owners want someone who is passionate about their company. Wants to work hard. Wants to deliver needle-moving results. Use that to your advantage. That’s what I did in my early days. I wrote good quality outreaches, sent them every day, showed up in the DMs was ready to work hard, and that I cared about their business. That’s the secret, bro… getting good at copy, doing the reps, and staying consistent. P.S. Landing some low-paying jobs isn’t the worst thing in the world… It’s better than many beginners have right now, and you’ll be getting reps while being paid…

Quality is always better than quantity, so put in the work and the results will show
Finding angles?? Finding niches?!?
👉 Question: From @im_youssef3 *“I am having trouble finding angles and finding niches to write copy for when practicing writing and email. Is there any tips?”* 👉 Answer: Build a strong swipe file. Create a new email address, sign up for as many email lists as possible from business owners, and read the emails every day. This is the easiest way to consume and analyze copy from the pros. You can then see the types of angles they make and take inspiration from them. But don’t copy them, add your own unique twist. My email list is a good place to start, you can sign up below 😉. And in terms of finding niches, use the Instagram search bar and hashtags. You’ll find endless accounts in the fitness, biz op, ecom, finance, B2B, and coaching spaces (to name a few). Then find similar accounts engaging with their content, and in the Suggested for you section of IG. Now, get out there, bro, and write some 🔥 copy. https://www.tyson4d.com/copy-starter-kit-YT

I use this exact advice
Mess up these 40 characters of copy and you’re cooked.
Mess up these 40 characters of copy and you’re cooked. You could write the best email in the world. Make micro adjustments to every line until it’s a masterpiece. Then finish off with a perfect cutthroat CTA. But guess what? If no one opens it… it’s worthless. That’s why the 40 characters that you put in the subject line have to be spot on. Filled with curiosity, urgency, or even just a crazy pattern interrupt. This is important because the subject line is the gatekeeper of your email. And most inboxes only show those first 40 characters. No open = no click = no sale. So, never, ever, ever treat subject lines like an afterthought. Many copywriters would say they’re the most important part… But I’d argue this and say they are everything. Without a killer subject line… the rest is pointless because it’ll never get seen. So, here’s a challenge for you: Go read your last 5 subject lines. Would you open them? If not. Rewrite them. Prof. 4D. P.S. Let me know if you passed the test with a ✅ or ❌ reaction.

I swear bro 90% of my comments on reviews is just that the SL is too long
Drop a like & I'll review your copy
MY LAST POST BUGGED... Fam, I don't know why, but I'm receiving multiple notifications of likes and comments on my last post and then when I go check it, Skool says "the comment was delected". I also commented a few more times and some weren't received... Anyways, if you know why or just want to drop any copy, do it and I'll answer or review it.
