From $100 a Month to $10,000 But Still Struggling Inside
I grew up in real poverty where making even $100 a month felt like hitting the jackpot. Back then, life was only about survival. There was no saving, no financial literacy just prayer, hard work, and hope. Today, through determination and a bit of luck, I earn over $10,000 a month. That’s more than my family used to make in several years combined. On paper, I should be celebrating. But the truth is, I’m struggling mentally and emotionally. I find myself making impulsive purchases, convincing myself they’re “rewards.” Deep down, I know it’s really a lack of discipline. I think about my roots and the future I want to create for my family, and it scares me. I’ve gone from nothing to more than enough but I’m still living without structure, just winging it. If you’ve ever gone through this transition from survival mode to financial stability how did you adjust? How did you shift your mindset and create a plan that lasts? Most importantly, how can I learn to spend my money wisely so I don’t end up broke again? Any advice, strategies, or resources would mean a lot not just for me, but for anyone else facing the same struggle. Thank you.

Je ne suis pas là pour le drame. Je veux juste un peu d'énergie relaxante et peut-être quelques conversations agréables.
