Proof of funds???
I have a seller who says he’s interested in selling one of his properties but needs proof of funds first (which I do not have) before hes even willing to answer any of my questions about the property. Does anyone have any solutions for how to go about this problem?

@Kendre Renee yeah I feel a lot better walking away from that situation. I discovered wholesaling about 5 years ago. I didn’t start taking action until I found Zach and Rick about a year ago! How about you?

Does anyone know anything about creative financing? I have my first real potential deal, but Chat GPT is suggesting I try it this way based on my conversations with the seller. I feel lost but I also feel like im right there and dont want to quit.
