I've been skirted out of 6 figures of commissions. Now its not the money that angers me. Its the nerve to be disrespected. But this is what it can be like. People will purposely mislead you and steal from you. Even if you have nothing...this is the world we live in. Anyway you are in the right place. Because that's not how I play the game. I am always happy to plug people in. Most give up and it because they can't handle the rejection. I've gone through all that and more.
