My win testimonial is for a new riding student of mine that has only been riding a few weeks and she has progressed in her self talk this week. She gets down on herself (as we all do) so horse riding is a way she can practice giving herself grace bc anything equestrian is hard! She planned out realistic goals and I am proud of her!
