New challenge [Are you in??]
Hiii loves, I'm sure you've seen the viral lymphatic drainage moves everywhere on socials: the hops, arm swings, body waves. They're trending for a reason, cause they actually work. I've been doing these movements in the morning for months now without even calling them "lymphatic drainage moves" and I've seen such a great shift in how my body feels and looks. Your lymphatic system is basically your body's cleanup layer. When it's moving (literally, lymph relies on movement), everything else works better: - Hormones = better circulation means better hormone distribution and metabolism - Digestion = reduced bloating and inflammation - Skin = improved circulation and toxin clearance - Energy = less inflammation = less your body fighting itself - Cycle symptoms = reduced congestion, better blood flow, less cramping So this shouldn't just be just a trend, should be a practice!! So we're making it stick together! I have a proposal for us here: A 14-DAY CHALLENGE! ⏱️ 5 minutes to 10 minutes daily ✓ Do the exercises ✓ Post your thoughts, how you're feeling, what you're noticing ✓ Show up for 14 days ✓ I'll support you with insights into how your lymph is connected to your cycle and hormones For now, if this sounds like something you'd love to join, drop a comment: "I'm in!" so I know I can count on you. Definitely! I'm in 😍 When I read your email about the lympathic system, I felt intrigued, interested and somewhat seen; that some symptoms could apply to my life. I simply had to join this challenge when it was offered, given how fun and easy it'll be 🌷

Hello, My name is Chanel and I come from Sweden, while currently living in south of Italy due to work. I discovered The Sync Way by chance on Instagram one day maybe 1-2 years ago when Teo popped up on my Discovery-tab. I've been following ever since on Instagram, webinars, newsletters, etc. I joined The Sync Way on Skool after I received a newsletter of the lymphatic system and the upcoming challenge regarding it. It seemed very interesting to do and to join this space as well! Currently, I wish to learn more of hormones, the female cycle and a holistic approach to it, as I believe in holistic health. An unusual talent I have, is that I can roll my belly like vertical waves, although I cannot belly dance, haha 🤭
