Dear ID@Work members, I’d like to pose a provocative question to you: How do we free ourselves from leadership? Why is leadership problematic?Even if we try to improve it with new adjectives, could it be that the real solution is to retire it altogether?

I was in Caux for the first time in 2016 with @Mark Vandeneijdne and @Veronique Sikora Gasser I was there with a cohort of curious people who all wanted to know more about inner development and support people on their own pathes. Mark had developed an assessment, with his then partner Sujith. The assessment, Being at Full Potential was different, it was a fabulous conversation starter to help people understand more clearly the parts of themselves that were not yet fully expressed. Vanessa Smith was the graphic facilitator in the room scribing. She is known for her work at Crafting Connection. This is her illustration and her question. This question is always power packed!
