IDG Assessment Surveys
Hello All, I am working with a client on their talent development needs and am exploring using the IDG Guide to do a 360 degree style survey for the stream leadership teams. Looking forward to any best practices I can emulate. Thanks in advance.

Let's discuss the real value of the BEING dimension for organizations
Hi everyone I invite you to join me next week for a 30-minute discussion about what's come up so far in our reverse-engineering Client Value Challenge. If you haven't had a chance yet to contribute your thoughts on what the concrete outcomes of the IDGs are for organizations (their pain points), then I invite you to have a look at 👉 this post and add your contribution to 👉 this Google Doc And if you can, join the conversation next Tuesday, 8.30 am CET 🦋 Have a wonderful weekend Sarah (and Nadene) P.S. Here are some other posts in the community that you might find interesting: > Learning Planet Festival Jan 21 - 28, 2026, we're looking for 3 experienced co-facilitators to host 3 sessions > Nature-Inspired Inner Development: @Denise Pang has kindly shared her wonderful resource with us > Participate in COP 30: different events

Love the question Sarah. Got a very interesting response on a similar question in a recent webinar we did with Mr Arun Wakhlu.

@Sarah Santacroce, the question was "How do the IDGs fit into the conversation of wholeness and transformation?" Here is the link to the full webinar. The section on SDG / IDG starts at min 21: https://youtu.be/ZZzFFNd0xM4?si=T4w63Kfcuc2xl3kS. There are some good insights on the bigger question you are asking too.
Decolonisation Session 1 - Deep Conversations and resonance from around the world
Such a deep, meaningful and often vulnerable discussion today framed by the Core Inquiry and the Ethics of Decolonising. There are so many layers to unpack and bring into our own consciousness in both "rational" and felt sensed way. If you were in the room or not, do share what these questions evoke for you.

Why Inner Development Matters (and how to talk about it)
What is your experience speaking about "Inner Development"? What narrative do you find most effective? After 15 years in the Inner Development space, I still sometimes struggle to explain why it matters when it comes to the betterment of society. Over time, I've noticed that how we tell the story changes how people receive it. Here’s what I’ve learned, in order of effectiveness: 1. Least effective (though still true): "Inner development helps us raise our awareness and see problems from a more holistic perspective. From this new vantage point, we can find more integrative solutions." 💡 This appeals to the mind, but often stays abstract. People nod, but don’t feel. 2. Somewhat effective: "Inner development reconnects us with our natural gifts, talents and purpose - helping us live in our Ikigai (sweet spot where what you love, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for all overlap)." 🌱 This resonates more. It speaks to motivation, meaning, and fulfillment. 3. Most effective: "Inner development brings us in touch with our shared humanity. It opens the door to compassion, curiosity, connection, gratitude and love. From this place, we show up differently - in relationships, in organizations, and in society. We listen more deeply. We judge less quickly. We act more wisely." ❤️ This is where people feel it. This is where transformation begins. If you’re an advocate for inner development, don’t be afraid to lead with the heart. That’s where the truth lives. That’s where change begins.
