I'd love to know all of the tools + systems @Liam Ottley and others use in their business! What's your current tech stack and how much does it cost you a month for your biz?

There isn't really a tech stack... it differs depending on the solutions you're building. Here is a list of suggested tools that you need to know in order to build pretty much anything. - Voiceflow - Relevance AI - Airtable - Make - Zapier - Agentive - Bland AI These are the tools you should focus on.

Set up an inbound lead source. Liam said this in this video here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2qprt-Cjg8 Going to make your job much easier. People have been doing this inside of the AAA Accelerator and finding great success.
Discovering the real issue
Hey guys how are you doin? When you first had the idea of starting an AAA and you found your niche, how did you find out if what you are trying to solve is a real problem? Did you do some interviews? Did you just start offering your services and see if they work? Did you do anything else to see if you are on the right track and not waste time on an issue that is not real?

If you have watched Liam's recent youtube videos, we have suggested not to niche down if you do not have warm connections. We have recently been teaching this in the AAA Accelerator and people are finding more success going general. To answer your question of how to find the problems? You should be hopping on as many phone calls as you can and collecting the data, mapping out possible solutions to problems they're facing and presenting them with solutions. Very vague and quick rundown but I don't suggest niching down if you cannot leverage warm connections. Go broad, create content and showcase your understanding of the tech for people to come to you and tell you their problems. Position yourself as the expert. Let them come to you.
