Feeling very cosy and slow today and the day 26 yoni centred practise was perfect for my evening energy today!

This day 25 practise is a lovely one - short and sweet! Missed having srivasana at the end of it though 🙈

In 32 years of practising yoga this was my first experience on kissing my own knees and feeling up my bum and boobs 😂. Great session!

So I’ve been maintaining practice even though I’ve not managed to keep up with posting here. After finding summer a bit tough going, I have to say, I have found my spiritual home in Autumn sessions. The Chill flow, Hatha stretch and mobility sessions felt so good! I’m in a hotel tonight and hoping I have space fit in a session this evening in my room.
