Orion
Good morning - Wondering if there are any Orion / Schwab users here that have had any issue with merge in / merge out transactions? Orion is coding all journals between Schwab accounts as merge in / merge out instead of contribution / distribution. Wondering how other firms are handling this?

We like Orion, main reason we chose over BlackDiamond is the ability to sleeve accounts in Eclipse. I have not used anything but Orion so really cant say.

Curious if anyone is using the new Redtail Campaigns and what your experience has been.

Redtail Users - What calendar are you using?
We use Redtail for our CRM but haven't had a great experience with Redtail's calendar. It's onerous to update, slow to load, and doesn't integrate well with Google calendar or Calendly. When we receive invites (outside of the meetings scheduled using our Calendly account) we have to manually add them to Redtail. I'm curious if other Redtail users are experiencing the same issues. If your firm uses an alternative calendar, please share.

We use Redtail, Outlook with Zimbra Connector and Redtail's Retriever for Tailwag to sync back and forth. It works ok, but occasionally events won't sync. Also if scheduling in Outlook, you still have to manually link the contact in Redtail.
