Day 5: Expansion Layer (retention + partnerships + long-term structure)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟱 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘀: 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂. The five tasks today set up long-term momentum: - a retention ritual (so members keep moving weekly), - a share blurb (so referrals are easy), - three partner targets (so expansion is intentional), - one shareable moment (so people have a reason to talk about you), - and a culture reinforcement post (so the community keeps its identity as it grows). 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 1) Define your Retention Ritual (one weekly thing that keeps members moving). 2) Create a “Share this” blurb (one sentence + link). 3) Identify 3 potential partners (people or communities). 4) Create 1 shareable moment (resource, short framework, screenshot-worthy post). 5) Post a community identity reinforcement: - values - norms - or “what we’re about here” 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow:

Tasks Done: 1/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: 2-5. Today was very hard since I don’t have a community ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow: ChatGPT and I are going to work tonight (It’s only 6pm) and come up with some ideas. This challenge has has thought me lot of about Skool and my community/people. It has also helped me redefine my business model
Day 4: Monetization Layer (aligned offer + soft invite)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟰 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 + 𝗳𝗶𝘁 + 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿. The five tasks today make selling feel like support: - you define who the offer is for (fit statement), - you explain it in five calm lines (simple overview), - you post a soft invitation (so people can self-select), - you have two short fit-check conversations (so the right people feel seen and supported), - and you make the next step obvious (so interested people can move without friction). 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 1) Write your Offer Fit Statement: “This is for _____ who want _____.” 2) Write your Simple Overview (5 lines): - what it is - who it’s for - outcome - structure - next step 3) Post one value-aligned soft invitation inside the community (short, calm, clear). 4) Have 2 fit-check conversations (comments or DMs): ask 1–2 questions. 5) Create your Clear Next Step: - link - form - or “comment ‘details’ and I’ll send it” 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow: .

Day 3: Engagement Engine (conversations + progress + contribution)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁. You’re going to create the prompts, themes, and mini-structures you can reuse later, and put them into a content bank so engagement becomes easy, not performative. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 (𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸) 1) Choose your 3 Engagement Pillars (topics you can talk about forever inside your community). 2) Create 10 Conversation Starters (questions/prompts) and drop them into your content bank. 3) Pick 1 community you can show up in daily (where your people already hang out) and commit to leaving 5 thoughtful replies a day to attract new members. - Name the community - What you’ll be known for there (one sentence) - Your daily reply quota: 5 - Keep a simple swipe file of your best replies 4) Create 3 Win Thread prompts (different angles) and save them: - “What moved forward this week?” - “What did you ship (even small)?” - “Where did you get stuck — and what do you need?” 5) Create 5 Spotlight prompts (ways to recognize members) and save them: - “Shoutout to for .” - “If you’ve been quietly showing up, this is for you: ___.” - “Member win of the week: ___.” 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow:

❄️ Tasks Done: 1/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: only did #2. I went down a rabbit hole looking at communities. I found several great communities ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow: Have to make some serious thought to the direction I’m going.
Day 2: Consistent Growth (visibility + invites)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹. The five tasks today are a tiny growth loop: you choose where you will show up (visibility zones), you decide what you want people to associate you with (one-sentence message), you contribute value in public (so trust builds before anyone joins), you invite with permission (so it feels human, not salesy), and you set the first action for new members (so growth turns into activation, not a bigger ghost town). 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 1. Pick 3 Visibility Zones (places you will show up weekly). 2. Write your one-sentence visibility message (what you want to be known for). 3. Do 2 value contributions today in one visibility zone (comment, answer, helpful post). 4. Send 1 permission-based invite to someone you interacted with: “Want the link?” 5. Define your First Action for new members (the simplest “do this now” step). 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow: .

Day 1: The Foundation (clarity + setup)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. The five tasks today give your community structure people can understand in minutes: • a clear promise (so the right people know they belong), • a “Start Here” pin (so nobody feels lost), • a single first action (so new members move instead of lurk), • a weekly anchor (so engagement becomes predictable), • and one evergreen asset (so value is visible even when you are not posting). Do these and the rest of the sprint gets lighter. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 1) Write your 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 in one sentence: - “This community helps so you can .” 2) Create (or revisit) your ‘𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’ 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗻. 3) Create (or revisit) your 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗻: one clear first action for new members. 4) Choose your 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿: - Name it - Pick the day it happens 5) Create one 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 + 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: - Clarity Guide or - Action Framework or - Tool / Template 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow:
