Happy Anniversary Alexa
Hey @Alexa Saarenoja, I recently learn from @Ty Myers that today marks your 1-Year anniversary. I wanted to take a moment to say congratulations! It’s one thing to start something… it’s another to stay with it — through the pivots, experiments, doubts, and milestones. And the way you’ve shown up — not just with strategy and insights, but with generosity, encouragement, and a heart for helping others — has left a real impact on so many of us. The Creator Boost Tribe isn’t just a group. It’s a reflection of the kind of space you set out to create: helpful, honest, and rooted in service. That energy and integrity carry through everything you do, and it’s part of what makes this milestone so meaningful. Wishing you continued clarity, creativity, and joy as you move into year two. Excited to see what’s ahead — and grateful for all the ways you’ve already shown up for this community. Here’s to what you’ve built — and what’s still to come. Happy 1-Year YouTube Anniversary! — George

"Views, Subs, or Watch Time: What’s Your Creator Goal? 🎥📊
Hey guys! I’ve been pondering what really motivates us as creators. So, I’m curious – if you had to pick one, would you rather have more views, more subscribers, or higher watch time on your channel? Views get your content seen, subscribers build a loyal community, and watch time boosts your algorithm ranking. What’s your priority? Drop your vote and let me know why in the comments – I’d love to hear your thoughts! Cheers!

To me watch time means people are WATCHING❣️😁
Which One Would You Click On? 🤔
Title = Is EV Charging Cheaper Than Petrol in 2025? I'm gonna test all three, but just wondering which one you would click on? Going forward, and a slight pivot, all of my thumbnails will have either me or my avatar on them as I try to move my channel away from being pretty much faceless, to opinion-based videos. I'm also going to keep the thumbnail fully aligned with what I'm doing in the video, and specifically what I'm talking about. I really can see the power in producing the packaging before making the video. I was initially going to add some b-roll with cars, etc, but this time, since I am not actually going to be a Shell garage in person, I'll add some b-roll from a Shell garage that has chargers within the first 10 secs, so it aligns. If this works, then I'll make a concerted effort to film on location to roughly match what is going on in my thumbnail.

Need Some Thumbnail Help 💚
Edited to add a 4th option, based on feedback. Feel free to add your opinion. I am going to explain my reasoning for each choice. If there is a reason why my logic fails, please let me know. I'm at the stage where I am stuck, and I need to learn why things are not clicking. If you have a different idea for text, let me know. The current title is "Struggling with Shoulder Pain? You're Overlooking This". Let me know about colors and font if you have an opinion. They say consistency is important for branding, so I'm trying to figure out what is best for my CTR. Choice one is my first attempt because in this video I'm doing all of my exercises from the floor. My understanding is that if the first scene is the same as the thumbnail, that will "comfirm the click", letting the viewer know they are in the right place. Most of my titles have this type of coloring. Choice 2 is because Roberto Blake said something about cutting yourself out for the thumbnail. He knows what he's talking about. I figured if I cut myself out, I should be reaching too, because the exercises will help you reach better over time. Experimentling with new colors. Choice 3 is the same as 2 but with the look of pain. People say faces are important. I've always made my thumbnails with me smiling. Figured it wouldn't hurt to try something new. Apologise for the length of this, but I'm hoping for some feed back that will help me have a formula going forward.

I was thrust into caregiving for a loved one, then 2, then 3! I had to learn skills to survive. I want to share these with other struggling caregivers
