Stepping out on faith today thanks to Dr. Carol Carruthers!
Today Dr. @Carol Carruthers put a post on her Facebook page asking us to share our Freebies and that she would do a video for each one. At first I was thinking about skipping it and moving on to the next post because I was scared, but I decided to step out on faith and share it! I gave her the link to my ADS/ADHD Queen's Reset Guide. Well she kept her word and did a video and boy was I blown away by it! She did a fabulous job talking about my freebie. She pointed out something interesting about it that has given me food for thought. She said "you don't have to have ADD/ADHD to use this guide. Anyone can use it". @Carol Carruthers thank you so so much for the time you took to do this! Everyone please click on the link and check Dr. @Carol Carruthers out! https://fb.watch/BNSvlYAz-s/?mibextid=wwXIfr

You are most welcome. Today I wanted to do something other than collect freebies that I may or may not ever look at again. Thank you for believing in the vision I had. Please save the video as a testimonial to your product.❤️

Praying For Federal Government Works and other who may have been affected due to changes.
My Prayer is to assist those Federal government workers and others who have experienced job lost. Please apply for unemployment, do not wait to apply because it is determined from the day you apply for assistance, instead of the actual date of leave from the job. So, if you wait a month to apply it is not back dated. This extra income can help you to build your new business. Please do not be ashamed to apply. Your employer paid into the fund for that purpose. Losing a job can be incredibly tough, not just financially but emotionally, too. It can bring up feelings of loss, uncertainty, and even a hit to your self-worth. It’s okay to grieve this loss—after all, a job is more than just a paycheck; it may have been a part of your routine, identity, and security. Know it is ok not to be ok. Here are a few ways to cope. 1. Allow Yourself to Feel It’s normal to feel disappointed, angry, or even scared. Don’t push those feelings away—acknowledge them. Journaling or talking to someone you trust can help you process what you're going through. 2. Separate Your Worth from Your Work Losing a job doesn’t define you. Your skills, experience, and strengths are still valuable. Remind yourself that this is a situation, not a reflection of who you are. 3. Take Care of Yourself It’s easy to fall into stress and neglect self-care. Try to eat well, get rest, and stay active. Even small routines, like taking a walk or listening to music, can make a difference. 4. Lean on Support Talk to friends, family, or even a support group. You’re not alone in this, and sometimes just sharing your experience can lighten the burden. 5. Give Yourself Time—But Set a Routine Take time to process the loss, but also create a structure to keep yourself motivated. Set small goals each day, whether it’s updating your resume, networking, or just reading something inspiring. 6. Look at It as a New Beginning As painful as it is, this could also be an opportunity to explore new career paths, passions, or skills. Sometimes setbacks push us toward something even better.
