@Ty E Daniels, @Ebony Grey and I secured a $500k grant to “help prepare Maryland workers, employers, and community organizations to succeed in a future shaped by AI and emerging technologies.” We shared this news about applying last year and yesterday we learned we won. Dr. Grey is the BEST in the grant game. Her goal is to secure $2.5 million in 2026 and shes already 1/4 of the way. She has an entire agency that helps prepare people for getting to the REAL money in AI. I can’t wait to see how this unfolds for DCT because we cant do any of this with just the three of us.
