Hello. I'm restarting my raw vegan lifestyle today. Finding this autobook and community came right on time. I am 63 years old and post menopausal. I have done raw veganism before and was gaining weight so I became discouraged. I am trusting that restarting with the help of JJ and community will assist my weight lost journey and get me into better health.

Lol! We had a joint birthday celebration for me (early) and my son (late). I requested a Watermelon cake... my husband and my daughter made this for us. ♥️ It was so yummy! Isn't she talented??? I love my family, so much!
