Motivation 🌱
Every time you reach for food today... ...you're casting a vote. Not just for what you'll eat. For the person you're becoming. No one becomes healthier because they made one perfect choice. They become healthier because they kept choosing the next right thing, over and over again. So before your next meal, pause for just a moment. Ask yourself, "What choice would make me feel proud of myself an hour from now?" Maybe it's a bowl of fresh fruit. Maybe it's the big filling salad you've been meaning to make. Maybe it's simply choosing progress instead of perfection. You don't have to earn a healthy life all at once. You just have to keep showing up for yourself. One fruit. One salad. One choice. For me, it's the taco "meat" I just made and ate when craving actual animal products. I was feeling a strong craving for actual meat and struggling with that. My husband eats meat three times a day, usually. I'm around the smell all day every day and he's a very good cook. He told me he was proud of me for the choice I made because he knew I was feeling shame about craving meat.

I used 2 dates 2 bananas and 2 cups almond milk. Simple & really good. I had this as my last meal yesterday & it was really good. 😊

What is one thing you can do today or already did that your body will thank you for? No matter how big or how small … I took a short walk … I ate a piece of fruit .. I ate a salad ? I went outside in the sunlight for 5 mins? I watched a YouTube video… made a grocery list of healthy fruits and vegetables..
