motivational Monday You cannot punish yourself into consistency.You have to care for yourself into it. Most people think the reason they cannot stay raw is food.It is not food.It is how they talk to themselves when they mess up. One hard day turns into a story like:“I ruined everything.”“I always fail.”“I can’t stay consistent.”“So what’s the point.” That is not discipline.That is negative self judgement. And negative self judgement never builds a lifestyle.It only builds quit cycles. Self compassion sounds very different. It sounds like:“I had a hard day and I still deserve to feel good.”“I do not need to be perfect to be consistent.”“I am learning.”“I am allowed to start again at the next meal.” That one mindset shift alone keeps people raw longer than any meal plan ever could. Here is the psychology behind it in simple terms. Your nervous system does not thrive under pressure and punishment.It thrives under safety.Consistency grows when your body feels safe to try again. That is why willpower always burns out.But compassion rebuilds consistency & success. Have a great day & love yourself
